We received multiple emails from someone asking to rent out our brewery for a “private party” as well. the emails were in very broken english, poor grammar, and from an email address that seemed fishy as it was only two letters and then a bunch of numbers. Also asked us for specific costs on 190 16oz pours. We responded to try and get more info from them on what their plans were for this party, ages of guests, if they wanted food, etc. but haven’t gotten a response since. Don’t really understand what kind of scam this would be or what they could possibly gain but thank you for posting this in here. We had a feeling this might be something shady.
