As owners of Snowden Center, Jay Klug (age 43) and Paul Kang (age 34) seek a first-class Maryland based brewery/winery/distillery group to form a long-term partnership at this high-traffic (~58K cars per day) asset located at intersection of Oakland Mills Rd and Snowden River Parkway in wealthy Columbia, MD.
Jay and Paul see the value that a well-run brewery/winery/distillery can bring to the real estate they own directly and the Columbia community at large. Notably, they are committed to investing their own capital to enhance the broader shopping center with over $200,000 budgeted painting, signage and landscaping improvements to compliment any additional contribution to the new brewery user’s buildout.
With the flexibility to offer as much as 21K SF or as little as 7K SF for a brewery/winery/distillery with roll-up door loading that can spill out onto a private truck court for outdoor activities such as corn hole etc, Snowden Center is a perfect opportunity for landlord and tenant to collaborate designing and implementing a unique customer experience for the brewery/winery/distillery that reflects the desires and values of 21st century consumers.
