Heart & Solar Brew Farm is a brewery in planning in Northern Baltimore County. It is a collaboration of 3 friends, all with dreams of opening their own brewery, who are combining their resources and talents to create a diverse craft beer experience in a beautiful rural setting.
Hops, fruits and vegetables are all grown on the farm; some wild plants will also be utilized in the brewing process. Heart & Solar will be planet friendly, using solar power for some of its energy, efficient heat exchange processes to minimize energy use and water reclamation to reduce water waste. Projected opening date is 2022.
