About 1623 miles separate the Rissmiller and McKelvin families, but cousins Zac Rissmiller and Mike McKelvin are closing the gap from Maryland to Colorado through 1623 Brewing Company. A family owned brewery operation, Zac and Mike have committed to a home base in Carroll County with eyes on a Denver-based operation in 2020. Zac’s attention to detail and award winning experience will be the driving force behind the 1623 brand.
