The Flood Zone is a place deeply rooted in the community of Union Bridge. A family owned grocery store in the 1960s, turned rental store in the mid-1990s. Now transformed into the Flood Zone Marketplace and Brewery. We share our brewery and taproom with the Marketplace which will have fresh produce, breads, meats. Marketplace will also have a food spot.
Our Brewery will run on a 5 Barrel Brewha brewing system, and we’ll be brewing many different styles of beer, keeping 8 to 12 beers on tap at any given time.
