(TEC) has developed into the preeminent structural designer of breweries, cider houses, and distilleries providing design for small startups to well established brands. Our clients include Guinness, Jailbreak, Oliver, Hysteria, Denizens, Cushwa, Suspended, Black Flag, Sagamore Spirit, True Respite, Heavy Seas, Silver Branch, Supreme Core Cider, Capitol Cider House, Atlas Brew Works, and Pipe the Side.
Each brewery sought to move into or modify an existing building – not originally intended to be a production facility. TEC worked with the owners and head brewers to locate the right building and then reinforce and modify the existing structure to support the brew house, fermenters, brite tanks, chillers, grist case, augers, silos, trench drain systems, kitchen hoods, and specialty decorative features.
