One (1) Century Manufacturing 60BBL fermentor for sale, which has a single large sidewall glycol jacket and a single cone jacket. Total capacity is 2,225 gallons (working capacity 60 – 69BBL). Capable of successfully handling as little as 24BBL fermentation volume. Fixed racking arm. 85 degree cone (total included angle). Approximately 13′4” tall. Good condition and on shipping skid ready for loading. Does not include temperature controller or glycol solenoid control valves.

• 60BBL glycol jacketed and insulated stainless steel cylindro-conical unitank with stainless steel cladding
• Total assembled height: approximately 13’4” (adjustable within a few inches)
• 85 degree cone (total include angle)
• One large sidewall glycol jacket
• One cone glycol jacket
• One side-entering inswing/outswing manway, lid mounted gasket included
• Two thermowells
• One 1” CIP extension pipe, clamp and support hanger (pipe includes headspace pressure gauge and valved CO₂ fitting)
• One permanently mounted CIP inlet, with removable spray ball (anchored with a cotter pin)
• One 1.5” racking arm, fixed
• One 1.5” bottom drain
• One 2” pressure/vacuum relief valve
• One Perlick sample valve
• Three butterfly valves (drain, racking arm, CIP extension pipe), including gaskets and clamps
• Four legs, with horizontal bracing and height-adjustable foot pads
• One (1) shipping cradle
