“Would BAM have any resources to help identify potential investors for an Alehouse in Old Town Gaithersburg that will have a focus on Locally produced craft goods? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking to open up a 48 tap location in Old Town, Gaithersburg, but there are a few snags due to the fact it is leased already to someone who has run out of money. I have a business plan that can be easily tweaked based on a location. I am looking to raise about $300,000 in investor funds.”
