I am an owner of a brewery in planning, looking to gain more professional brewery experience. I am a homebrewer and have done some successful commercial pilot batches as well as canning/pack out experience, some cellar work (keg cleaning, bottling, keg filling). I’m looking to further my skills at the pro level until we open up sometime in early spring of 2022.
