Bog Turtle Brewery has an immediate opening for a Head Brewer in Rising Sun, MD. We are a popular area brewpub that offers amazing food, paired with our own top notch beer. Bog Turtle Brewery has been open for 5 years, with 1 year under our belt at our Maryland location. We are a small brewery, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of brewery operations as we grow our business. We are looking for someone with creativity and enthusiasm, as well as training and experience in the industry. The position is full time with a flexible schedule in a friendly environment.
- Recipe development
- Brew house operations
- Raw materials ordering and reporting
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Kegging and inventory management
- Training front-of-house staff
