Help with Brewery Start up in Washington County, MD

I have arable land, total 20 acres. A building of 7500 sq feet, spring water, tenant house. An existing historic site that attracts visitors. Looking for partner with the know how for starting a farm brewery on the property. Someone who will invest in the equipment not leasing of property and buildings. Ten miles from Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, Boonsboro and Sharpsburg.
