This full-time position within our production facility will be responsible for our cellar activities, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. As part of a cross-functional team, this individual will also assist with other duties within the brewery, including brewing and packaging. <p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Operate cellar equipment and perform tasks safely, efficiently, and consistently to maintain the highest possible quality standards</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Perform CIP/SIP cycles following established SOPs and protocols defined by MHB</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Perform all cold-side fermentation and conditioning management including, but not limited to, dry-hopping, adding adjuncts, fining, knocking off trub/yeast, yeast harvest, sanitary transfer, in-line filtration, carbonating, and conditioning according to the production schedule</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Monitor, measure and record all products in the cellar for: gravities, temperatures, fermentation changes, carbonation, and other pertinent data on a daily basis</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Maintain complete and accurate records for all products – and enter all data accurately on cellar log sheets and in EKOS.</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Communicate regularly and openly with brew team including Director of Brewery Operation, Head Brewer and Lead Brewer to ensure product consistency, standards and schedule are met</p>

<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Successfully brew to specification on our 15 BBL brewhouse (on-the-job training offered)</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Depending on production schedule, brew 1-3 turns on the brewhouse per week</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”></p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>Minimum Qualifications</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- 2 years professional brewery experience – preferably in production environment</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Detail-oriented and a meticulous record-keeper</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Clear understanding of fermentation science, brewery operations and expectations for the position</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Able to lift 55 pounds, able to move 165 pounds safely</p>
<p class=”MsoPlainText” style=”margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;”>- Forklift certification a plus, but not required – will train</p>
