We had a friend (who is a lawyer) that was going to help us through setting up our business entity and also with licensing etc.(for free) but after discussing what we needed with him he decided it was a little out of his wheel house and referred us to one of his colleagues (not free anymore). Now that we have to shop around I was curious to see if anyone who has gone through this process would recommend a particular individual or firm?
Thanks in advance!

Hello Will,
Even though I’m not a brewery, I did have to navigate the legal aspects of opening my company, Free State Craft Beer Delivery. Hank is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable on MD alcohol laws, as well as how how to start-up your business. I highly recommend him.

Brain Kaider helped us with our operating agreement, setting up the business, filing for trademarks and reviewing our lease. He is great to work with.
