Hey folks,
Dave and I are hoping to start construction mid-January of 2019. We finally have a space and all of the craziness starts for us soon!
While we build out, we are looking for a brewery that does really small batches of contract brewing. Out goal is to get a 1-3bbl batch so that we can distribute to local pubs, bars, and restaurants in the area to stir up some buzz, almost like mini “beer reveals”. We have a west coast IPA that is going to be our flagship and it is the beer we are aiming to contract.
