Regarding labeling our beers, I have scoured the TTB Beer pages and I see what I need to know for labelling our beer for production. My question is this: I’ve heard that we require COLA application only for products sold across state lines, not for products sold exclusively in-state. Is that correct? If not, where can I find out more? Is there any application required by Maryland?
