Henry Martin Law is a Maryland law firm which focuses in the areas of Brewing, General Business, Intellectual Property and Technology Law. The firm’s clientele is, largely, made up of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small and emerging businesses, including many new and growing breweries and brewery-related businesses.
The firm was founded by Henry “Hank” Abromson, who, after working in large law firms for many years, grew tired of the focus on billable hours and bottom lines and wanted to get back to what he considers to be the most important aspect of legal practice… establishing a trusted relationship with his clients. Hank set off to create Henry Martin Law, which opened its doors on January 1, 2018 and he now carries out the firm’s mission by being attentive to his clients’ needs with a client-first focus and providing them with sound, practical and cost effective strategies to protect themselves and their businesses at a rate that is generally more compatible with small business budgets.
