Formation of a Brewing Company

Hello fellow Brewers,

Would anybody be willing to share some of their experience moving through the business formation process of their brewing company?

I’ve been exploring the idea of forming through a start-up business firm or to just do it myself through the Maryland Business website.  I will be attending the next Startup Seminar, which will likely fill in some of the gaps for me.  However, rather than try and figure everything out myself (reinvent the wheel) in the meantime, it would be really helpful to hear from the people that have already gone through the process.
