Mully's Brewery looking for brewer

<p style=”margin-bottom: 0in;”>Mully’s Brewery is a family owned and operated production brewery, located in beautiful Southern Maryland. Our top priority is beer quality and we are looking for a brewer who shares these values and wants to grow with us. This is a full time position and not an entry-level position.

<u>The ideal candidate will posses</u>:
-strong technical brewing skills
-experience with a wide range of beer styles
-strict adherence to quality and consistency
-professional attitude
-a drive towards excellence
-solid production/packaging brewery experience
-brewing related certifications or degree preferred, or at least 3 years experience brewing on a system larger than a nano</p>
<p style=”margin-bottom: 0in;”></p>
<p style=”margin-bottom: 0in;”><u>Physical Requirements</u><span style=”text-decoration: none;”>:
</span>-ability to lift and move 60+ pounds
-climb steep steps repeatedly
-crouch and work in tight spaces
-work in a variety of temperature climates

<u>Responsibilities Include</u>:
-wort production
-assist with all brewing, cellaring, and packaging operations
-raw material management
-identify improvement opportunities
-occasional weekend and event staffing

Mully’s Brewery operates on a 15 bbl system, on pace for 1,500 bbls this year and looking for steady growth over the next several years. This position is salaried (based on experience) with bonus potential, PTO, sick leave, and just a fun place to work (because if you aren’t having fun, what’s the point?!?).
