Just sending out an FYI on a contractor, Scott Stampinato, with whom to be cautious doing business. He presents his company, Ajax Industrial, as a brewery installation company but subs most of the work out to others. He has not done any work at Independent Brewing but I have heard that he has used my brewery as a reference of a job he has done. He has used some of my contractors who are great people on his jobs and has refused to pay them for their work.
