FeBREWary
PLEASE take a moment to fill out the form today!
FeBREWary is just around the corner! With the strong support of the State behind this initiative, we want to make sure that this month is filled to the brim with activity! We had asked that your brewery participate by creating a special beer, and hosting an event (or a few!), to celebrate. To ensure that BAM, and the Office of Tourism, can properly promote your beer and/or event(s) we need to know what you have planned. Also– Please do not forget to submit your Cupid’s Curse! Your brew should be featured throughout the month of FeBREWary as well as be poured during the VIP hour of Love Thy Beer.

Love Thy Beer: Winter Warmer Showcase

Love Thy Beer a new event owned by the Brewers Association of Maryland. It is the signature event of FeBREWary; Maryland Craft Beer Lover’s Month. It is meant to showcase some of the best brews that Maryland has to offer in an intimate setting filled with craft beer lovers, beer writers, beverage bloggers, and media professionals. This event is meant to celebrate the developing industry and give the public a sneak peak of what’s to come.
Brew to impress! Breweries are encouraged to bring any small batch brews, winter ales, sour ales, casks, and any other brew that is festive and/or impressive. VIP beers will be your signature Cupid’s Curse brew featured for FeBREWary. We STRONGLY encourage brewery owners & head brewers come out to pour and interact with the attendees at this event. Expected attendance: 500.

Cupid’s Curse
New this year! We would love to have each brewery brew a unique beer, a “Cupid’s Curse”. Each beer will be called Cupid’s Curse, but every recipe will be unique. We want to celebrate the individual creativity of Maryland brewers by having everyone brew a Cupid’s Curse to be poured on the same date, at the same time, across the state (and then be available for the rest of the month). The overall theme, “Cupid’s Curse”, doesn’t limit what you can brew, so get creative! Put together a “love potion”, include an aphrodisiac, etc. If you can think of it, you can brew it!
If you’re participating in the Love Thy Beer event, we ask that you please bring your Cupid’s Curse to be poured during the VIP hour.
